Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Shipping processing time is 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Estimated timelines are listed on product pages.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 PM PT begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or other reliable shipping partners.

  • Domestic (U.S.) Orders: typically delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • International Orders: typically delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier delays may affect timelines.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first and then email junoonclothing17@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • For lost or delayed packages, we’ll assist with a trace or carrier claim when possible.

  • Junoon is not responsible for packages after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email junoonclothing17@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video proof of the damage and packaging.

  • Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the appropriate resolution.
