Order Processing
- Shipping processing time is 2-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Estimated timelines are listed on product pages.

Orders placed after 8:00 PM PT begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or other reliable shipping partners.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: typically delivered within 3–7 business days after processing.

International Orders: typically delivered within 7–21 business days, depending on customs and destination.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier delays may affect timelines.
Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after carrier pickup.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first and then email junoonclothing17@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

For lost or delayed packages, we’ll assist with a trace or carrier claim when possible.

Junoon is not responsible for packages after the carrier confirms delivery, but we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email junoonclothing17@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo or video proof of the damage and packaging.
